Senior Leadership Team

Our Senior Leadership Team is responsible for casting the vision, embodying the values and overseeing the strategy.

Pete & Bryony Baker

Co-Senior Leaders

Bryony and Pete are passionate about reaching and discipling the wonderful people of East Lancashire and beyond. After serving with former Senior Leaders, Jeff and Trish Brunton, for 14 years they are excited to lead the church into the future. They live in rural Burnley with their two daughters.

Dan Randall

As someone who grew up in Burnley, Dan has a passion for East Lancashire. He is also one of the Directors of the mission movement ‘HOPE Together’ seeking to serve churches across the UK. As well as his SLT role, Dan serves Life Church as a member of the Young Adults team. Dan lives in Burnley with his wife Marina and their daughter.
