Senior Leadership Team

Our Senior Leadership Team is responsible for casting the vision, embodying the values and overseeing the strategy.

Pete & Bryony Baker

Co-Senior Leaders

Bryony and Pete are passionate about reaching and discipling the wonderful people of East Lancashire and beyond. Having joined Life Church in 2009 and served in various leadership roles, they became the Senior Leaders in 2023. They live in rural Burnley with their two teenage daughters.

Dan Randall

As someone who grew up in Burnley, Dan has a passion for East Lancashire. He is also the Co-Team Leader of Nxt Move Europe and a Director of The Way UK. As well as his SLT role, Dan serves Life Church as a member of the Young Adults team. Dan lives in Burnley with his wife Marina and their daughter.
